NEW ACCOUNT
First, we will need some basic information about you and your company and then you will be ready to place your orders. Opening a new account provides you the convenience of viewing your file progress online within your own personal log page. There is no cost for opening an account with NYMN and your private page is hosted at no cost to you as well.
DIRECT ORDER
Keep in mind that you do not have to fill this form out and may place a direct order at any time without opening an account however, your file progress will be emailed and not accessible online.
PRICING
The cost for the order that you place will be included in your confirmation email. If however, you wish to obtain a quote before ordering your service you may go to our Rate Inquiry page and fill out the appropriate information. You will be contacted shortly thereafter with your pricing information.
PAYMENT
Payment is made by Cash or Check as well as Credit Card and you have the option of opening a Billing Account for which payment is made on a bi-monthly cycle. Payment accounts are assigned by service and Billing Accounts, as per your request, will be set up prior to your first service order. Details will be provided in your confirmation. Payment is expected as per the terms of your confirmation and agreement (Billed Cycle, Credit, Cash, Check).
