A Drive-by inspection is a stricktly hands-off inspection. We generally have zero contact onsite and provide digital images with a high quality lens consisting of: 2-4 Exterior photos, property condition report as it pertains to the outer perimeter- with full disclosure on our visual inspection, occupancy assesement (additional charge for window inspection), neighborhood assessment and 2-4 area photos for client neighborhood review. On a customized order, more photographs can be taken and additional information obtained as it is available.
